ABSA disrespect FICA

I have visited ABSA various times to FICA as not all information on their system has been changed previous times. Different email addresses appears on different applications and different parts of their system.

It is still not fixed.

What is the purpose of FICA if it is not done correctly? What is the way to go - press charges against ABSA for breaching the law?
