ABSA BANK CRESTA - POOR SERVICE AWARD

on friday morning 11 may i put R5oo in the absa ATM outside Cresta branch , R300 was returned to me with a slip that said ''transaction cancelled'' i went inside to customer services and waited 25 mins in the que where there was 5 cubicles with only 1 person working ?! - eventually i complained , and THULANI MALINGA told me he would log a query and do a balance on the ATM . he took my ID copy , my cell number and my card number .

i have had received no contact at all ? poor service - poor show
