Unhelpful assistance with missing bags

I travelled from Nelspruit to OR Tambo on 26 December. Upon arriving to the Nelspruit CityBug, I loaded my bags which were tagged with a sticker.

Once I arrived at OR Tambo, all bags were offloaded and passengers got off the bus. My bag was no where to be seen.

I have tried WhatsApping the business account about the issue and they have not responded. I called about the issue and City Bug said they would send a bulk SMS to all passengers that were on the bus, which has not been done.

I have tried called calling twice again and they have not answered.

I cannot understand the sticker system if passengers are just allowed to grab their bags without supervision from the driver.

I am beyond the point of even trying to find my bag again but cannot believe how unhelpful CityBug has been with trying to assist with the matter.
