Unhappy

Moving forward it would be nice if citybug would be more accommodating to people traveling with kids.While we waiting to put our luggages pple are already getting inside by the time we get there I could evn get a place where I could sit with my year old as she was my biggest concern atleast I know 12year old won't have a problem sitting alone.As I was trying to beg pple so I can atleast sit with my minor the person who's suppose to assist (driver)is telling me that his running late u should move out of the way.I was not happy in the manner he handle this if his overworked I would suggest he gets assisted so we are not treated in such a manner.This happen on Thursday 14/12/2023 18:00 shuttle.
