Thanks to Ilda's superb service, we were on time

<p>On 20 Nov 2017 I booked and paid for a return trip for my wife and I from Nelspruit to OR Tambo airport. We communicated over the phone (recorded by Citybug) and by email, both confirming the precise trip details. Arriving at departure well on time on 22 Dec 2017, I realised that the ticket was printed for exactly one month later. The senior staff confirmed my email and telephonic booking and even remembered the conversation, thus that Citybug has made a mistake with their ticket. Nevertheless they wanted to book us on the next trip, and charge R400 extra. One of the consultants (Ilda) realised that the next trip could be so late that we might miss our flight, so she offered to deliver us to the airport free of extra charge, with her own car. What an excellent service! The weather deteriorated such and the traffic was so bad on 22 Dec that it slowed us down. The next trip would have been too late, as Ilda expected! I trust that Citybug will reimburse her and reward her for excellent customer service and initiative.</p>
