TEXTING AND PHONING WHILST DRIVING

<p>Our diver was texting while driving, taking calls on road as well as reading paperwork. This made me feel very unsafe as it was getting dark and the radio was blaring road accident statistics while this was all happening. When contacting Citybug, instead of an apology the response I got from the General Manager, Charl Lingenfelder was this "Thank you for the e mail that you sent to us. We phoned 8 other passengers that travelled on the same shuttle.<br />None of them complained about the driver using his cell phone and texting.<br />All of them actually complimented his driving." I would not let anyone I cared about get in to a vehicle managed by someone who does't seem to care that his drivers are breaking the law and have no remorse about doing so. Rather opt for a more professional shuttle service.</p>
