STAY AWAY FROM THEM

At this point I am 100% convinced that Citybug doesn't care about Client service at all. They have the " We want your money and don't care attitude". They are by far the rudest and worst company I've ever dealt with and believe you me, I've dealt with a lot of Businesses. I read a handful of reviews here, it is evident that they only pick and select which ones to respond to and their responses are so cold and carry so much subliminal aggression and disregard. Maybe it is time we boycott this company and go for companies that care about us and our hard-earned money.
