Poor communication
Very poor communication. Pensioner was waiting for 3 hours for bus. They sent a msg that the bus broke down but never updated on how long the wait would be. The after hours number was answered after about 10 calls.

10 Oct 2022, 11:10Good day Louise, yes the bus did broke down yesterday and Citybug had to wait for assistance from Bus Africa to fix the problem with the cable that broke. Yes our after hours number was very busy as there was a lot of enquires for availability on the bus. All the roads was also busy as it is the end of the school holidays and lots of accents on all major roads.
