Poor communication

We have been using Citybug Shuttle service, regularly, for over a year now. At first, the busses ran in schedule and we had no problems, however, the last few times we have used the service, the busses never run on time and when you ask how long the arrival time will be at, at the Nelspryit depot, no-one can give you a proper answer. Last week my daughter took the bus from PTA to Nelspruit. The bus arrived an hour late because the bus driver had to bug a sandwich before departure and they left late. The passengers were told they could not get takeaways to eat at the halfway stop because they were running late. Today, the bus picked up a the Grasmere/Engen puck up pint 20 minutes late due to a roadblock (which is clearly understandable). I have sent a whatsapp message , asking for estimated time of arrival, and I am still waiting for a response. I am very frustrated with the lack of communication. At least the website should be updated with these changes in times because it does make it difficult to plan. I understand that due to unforseen circumstances, there can be delays but not as often as we have experienced this year which seems to have become a regular occurrence.
