Nearly Chaos - resolved to awesomeness.

Charmaine Your are absolutely - AMAZING. Hope this review gets out to the public. I made a finger error while attempting numerous booking because my bank could verify 3D secure. When I finally got it done - I had selected the 1st instead of the 2nd. Unfortunately, etickets are not sent yet, and I didn't know about the mistake, until I received a phone call, asking where we were. Only then did I speak to Charmaine who advised of the error. She was so quick to help me resolve the issue. Saw it was an honest mistake, that I'm a man - making mistakes. LOL. Well first no seats available and 5 minutes later Charmaine had managed to get us a seat! Charmaine thank you so much. Would highly recommend Citybug to anyone with such commitment and service.
