LACK OF COMMUNICATION, **************, RUDE!!!

I am so let down by City Bug service. I made a booking ahead and on the ticket it was scheduled to leave at 13:00 from Ermelo. I was told to be at the bus stop 20 minutes before departure which i surely did. when it was 12:55 I decided to call the City Bug offices to find out what is happening with the bus. the lady who answered was not the most friendliest, she then told me i must give the bus 25 more minutes i was so shocked because if I hadn't called there would be no communication. I waited for 30 minutes then i called again only for another LADY TO HANG UP THE PHONE ON MY EAR, that was very rude. no apology from them but if i had to come to the pick up place late they would have left me. I feel a bit of ************** and ****** within this company. utterly disappointed as i am in the Travel and Tourism industry I can never recommend city bug to any tourist.
