Horrible service from Citybug Shuttle Services.

I received the most horrible experience and service from Citybug Shuttle Service Bloemfontein. I booked a return ticket online and paid via payfast. Received a message that the payment is reserved from my bank account. I get to the shuttle area to be told my ticket was cancelled. I did not receive any notification that they cancelled my ticket. What an inconvenience and rudeness I received from the bus driver was worse. No one was taking accountability. They are blaming the system. Their own system.
