Disappointed experience

Very disappointed. We bought 2 tickets but had to change the dates of the tickets due to changes in our flight plans.... Extra costs. Then due to unforseen circumstances we then had to cancell one ticket and chage the name of the person for the other ticket. The response.... Sorry you cannot get a refund and we need to pay extra for the name change and pay extra for the ID number change. Oh.... And you are NOT allowed to pay via EFT.
