Covid protocols not followed at all!!! Disgusting
Covid protocols were not followed!!! 1st off the bus was late to arrive at OR TAMBO, after everyone got off the bus was not sanitised or cleaned as stated on citybugs website. Luggage was not sanitised either!! Highly grossed out and disappointed, my reason for choosing citybug was because it is stated on their website all covid protocols would be followed this knowing I will be safe as an asthmatic person!

Please reply with your ref number to take the necessary steps agains the driver for not doing his work as set out in our rules

Thanks to your review the commissioner ruled today in favour that Citybug was in the right to fire him for not complying to Covid protocols as set out in our policy. Regards Citybug Management
