Citybug, more like ****tybug!

Very narrow minded company. I had booked my trip for the Easter weekend to travel down to Nelspruit from OR tambo. I made this booking about a month ago.

During this week I was informed that they are not running their busses due to Good Friday, and will refund me for that day. However, for my return trip they will be charging me a cancellation fee for the return leg!

As I have already booked flights and now needed to get another way of transport from OR Tambo to Nelspruit, I took the option of renting a car. The problem is I cannot just do a one-way trip with the car as the car companies charge about R1500 extra, when you just do a one-way trip.

I thus do not need to drive back with city bug as it does not make any economical sense. They expect me to pay R1500 extra to the car rental company for the one-way trip in order to then sit on their silly bus back to OR Tambo from Nelspruit.

IDIOTIC conduct by them!!!
