City Bug's Fall from Grace

Let's begin with saying that city bug has for many years been the most reliable shuttle service to and from the lowveld, however unlike their spread in the The Get it Loweld magazine, it has been a long fall from grace for many years now, to a point where I'm even considering flying from OR to Nelspruit, should my bus from Pta arrive on time. I've as well as relatives of mine, have been on numerous occasions disappointed, dismissed and dissatisfied with the service we received from late busses with no apology, to being shoved around to accommodate other, more important clientelle. I can confirm that the sanitizing of the bus between stops has stopped as well as our luggage being sprayed before packed on board. On numerous occasions I have tried to contact city bug directly but have been received with dismissal from their Afrikaans enforcing, unprofessional staff. I'm not sure how else to get their attention besides through this post, and it is my hope that they will review it and accept that their standards have fallen severely, and that perhaps there is room for improvement.
