CITY BUG HAS CLEARLY ****** MY MONEY
I have not received my refund since last year. Instead they created a message sent to my phone that never existed to prove a lie in an attempt to protect their agent who messed up. They have practically ****** my money.

You sent a message stating I received a message from.your consultant that clearly was doctored as I never received it and asked we verify with the service provider as I even took initiative to try and salvage the consultant's forgetfulness to send me the message giving me the promised information to action my part.
