Appalling Treatment, You are *****s. This is an act against colour....

I'm Extremely disappointed after my family has been using your service ever since I was in high school (2011) I would always travel with your shuttle as I was studying in JHB and home was in Nelspruit and seeing that it's a nelspruit brand which has proven today (2023-02-13) just how ****** they are. Today I was dropping of my sister we were late for 5 minutes I called and explained why but I wasn't assisted, normally the bus waits for 5 minutes and if the passengers does not show up they give the seat to a bystander who wants to travel that's what you guys say. I have experienced waiting for a white child and the driver told us that we are waiting for someone but because I'm of color the same courtesy was not given to me after calling and saying I'm running late. Upon arrival I asked them where the next stop is as I was willing to drive to their next stop they refused to tell me and again I have been in the shuttle where people try to catch up with the bus at the next stop hence I asked where the next stop was but they refused to tell me. I'm disgusted by how I was treated this morning after using the shuttle for over a decade you basically stole from me as you refused to even assist me with the information of the next stopping destination, whereby, white people are given that information or waited for gladly and us in the shuttle we understand.
