Varsity bad management

My daughter was doing a Degree in Bachelor of Arts in Professional Acting for Camera since 2019,everything was okay till her last year which is 2021 they were promised to get their results on the 23rd December 2021. At first they said they not gonna give her the results because there's outstanding amount of R4000.00 something( let me expalin this we set up a debit order for R4700 and something so they skiped March/April when called me regarding that i told them that i can't pay cash meaning that they need to deduct that also in other words instead of me finishing payments/instalments in December it will be January 2022 and it was fine) so the child insists to get the results okay they said to her she FAILED so from that day the 17th of February 2022 we as the parents we were busy with the insitution wanted to know why and what happened? we have been talking to Alison August, Willem Ludik(HOD) and then matter was escalated to his senior which is Erastus Boshoff(Academic Manager of City Varsity) so prior the 17th February 2022 i asked to meet with above mentioned people together with student of course, it was the 7th February and Erastus came saying his week will be busy unless we can use Wednesday which is the 9th this is his words or email "Thanks for the reach out once again. Unfortunately my week is a little filled up, and my earliest slot will only be Wednesday from 11am. @Willem can I please request for you to fully book once all availability is established?" so we proposed the 17th and Willem agreed so that was it. Now on the day 17th yesterday we went to City Varsity we got there i think about 30 minutes earlier -we got to reception and when the receptionist called Erastus his line was busy then she reached out to Willem and he asked us to went up to his office; few minutes after greeting each other he asked us to start the meeting infact he started by calling Erastus again and Erastus made it clear to him that he won't be part of the meeting so i took it as if he is not around the campus. At the end of the meeting i wanted somebody senior to say something and i asked Willem what Erastus said about this then he said they agreed that they won't mark the work of my child but i can go to him-thats when i got shocked that the person i also made an appointment with is in the campus BUT, he decided not to attend the meeting. so Willem escourted us to collect the results and afterward to Erastus office he was busy on the phone so he couldn't lets us in. waited out side with my daughter after some time i called Willem asked him for Erastus' boss' contacts like email address he told me that he is available i can go to his office(Schalk Botes-Regional General Manager) then we left. on our way there Willem suggested that we go to sales department first to see Iris-sales manager when she heard that we made an appointment with Erastus and he didn't pitch she then went to see Mr. Schalk Botes -within no time Mr. Botes came in and apologised the fact that we were there for so long and the fact that their decision or unfortunately they can't change the situation so the child needs to repeat the studies and he explained that Iris will assist us further. while we still ther talking to Iris Erastus came in so Iris out of her good heart she said to Erastus this is Bongekile's mother and almost done, Erastus seemed lost and then she said she made an appointment with you THAT UNPROFFESIONAL BULLY, HE MIGHT HAVE A DEGREE BUT HE IS ILLITERATE. HE DOESN'T HAVE MANNERS AT ALL. when i tried to explained to him that we did make an appointment and he never object and when we arrived at the campus receptionist called him and when we got to Willem's office he also called, i told him that you are rude yooooooo he shouted me throwing his hands at me instead of apologising i mean every one else was apologising and sympathising with us for the situation. i don't think Erastus Boshoff qualifies to be in that institution or having that position i mean as a senior even if Willem failed to make an appointment with him the fact that we were there he was supposed to leave everything else and attend me because i have been talking to them via email and deal with Willem afterall of this made us think that perhaps: 1. he did this fail delebarately i don't even think he had time to look at this situation at all. 2. City Varsity is private so its not cheap at all as for them(him) not allowing the lecturers to mark my child meaning that i have to pay more that R40k i mean for the passed three years i paid more that R150k already.
