Think twice before enroling their money hungry

They do not want to give my results due to an error on my account . They want to charge me for a supplementary exam i never wrote . Ive been trying to get my results from them because i need it but i cant get through to them they keeo having stories and i was given this email ***. they dont even care to respond and apparently thats the only person that can help me
