Online Course Certificate

Did my online course with them, paid my full fees, they promised to deliver my certificate within 2weeks, and the online one to be available for me within a week or so, up to date no one is helping me. I once called they’re Braamfontein branch, and a very very rude answered the call, upon me asking her name again, she refused.
