No quality control of short course

i enrolled for a 12 week short course in acting for camera at CityVarstiy Cape Town in March 2014. the 12 week course started on 24 March 2014 and due to end around the end on June 2014. at the end of the course we were meant to get a show-reel and certificate. <br> <br> It is now 8 months later and i still do not have my reel. i have a string of emails back and forth asking Ray Randall (lecturer) when we are shooting and when i will have my reel (which as a student is not my responsibility to arrange) and i always get some sort of excuse. <br> <br> the last correspondence was on 27.01.2015 in which he told me it will be complete by 29.01.2015 and i am still waiting.<br> <br> i am sure anyone can understand my frustration, how does a 12 week course end up spanning over almost a year?. I paid for a service that i have not received.
