Disgusting Telephonic Skills

I am writing this complaint as a company that is interested in assisting media students with paid internships at our tv channel. I had contacted City Varsity campus last week, on several occasions, trying to reach the recruitment agent or any person that could advise regarding interns for our channel. Today i telephoned the college and was met with an arrogant, impatient and uncouth receptionist. The lady, who i am told is named Nokunula, had the audacity to hang up the phone on me THREE TIMES whilst i was inquiring of who might assist me. After the 2nd time she hung up the phone, i called back to find out why she did so and she crudely hung up the phone once more. I have never been met with such crass from an institution and wonder what hope do the students have of furthering their career when such a roadblock is planted in the receptionist's chair. Nokunula needs to be addressed as her callous and tasteless behaviour is detrimental to the success of City Varsity as well as its students.<br> <br> Thank goodness the Cape Town campus was of far better assistance, i spoke to a lady named Dani who has been very polite and prompt in response.
