Insulting Service Consultant

Their service is pathetic, bought a malfunctioning VW Polo 1.4 Engine on 06 January 2021.

Found the Engine to have some faults... took the car to them on the 09 January 2021, was promised to get it on the 11 January 2021. Today the 13 January 2021 I get a call from a cell phone number ***... After answering hello... their employee on the other side ask me who am I talking to... I ask him who do you want to talk to... to cut the long story short it got to a point where I told him he called me... he must know who I am... and he must first tell me his name... only to be answered come get your polo you arrogant bustard. All this after the poorest service I received...
