WORST SERVICE EVER!
THE ABSOLUTE PITS!!!!! Craig is a dishonest man. They did not stick to one commitment, my possessions have still not arrived, I had to involve the police! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP. Somehow they have managed to delete some other reviews that are such as mine on Hellopeter. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

As per our records, your move was scheduled for 27/10 and it was successfully delivered on 05/11. Your quotation clearly states that delivery will be within 5-7 working days. This is the norm with Shared Loads. We value our employees and we do not appreciate character deformation.

10 Nov 2020, 09:19If you do not appreciate character deformation then perhaps you should discipline your sales coordinator or whatever (Craig) as he has done a great job at that. Dont tell people you are 30mins from Joburg 3 days before drop off when in actual fact the truck only left the day before... Yes, your drivers were very helpful in sharing this information. Good luck with future clients. I hope this was a good learning curve.
