Terrible service ,website is bad,call centre is bad and bad experience overall,ended up taking a taxi.

Good Day Why must you're system and service be so disorganised in December.you have buses booked to leave park station to malamulele at 8:00 and 8:30am however only at 9:14am they are taking peoples details and selling tickets,and to make things worse you're website doesn't allow us to book buses and pay online,I go to checkers and shopright and they say all buses are booked.its December get your system in order please some people dread the process of standing in long lines with luggage buying tickets.I like city to city but this is just wrong.

and after waiting for almost 2 hours ,we are told the 2 buses are full.very inconsiderate ,now we must either go back home or go take taxis. Im extremely disappointed.
