Respect for users

City to City is the worst bus service. i wouldn't wish it to my worst enemy. Booked a bus from Park Station and departure time is 19:00 and now it is 20:00. No communication at all about delays.This is why I don't use this bus. My last experience, it was the same thing. Bus was scheduled to leave at 19:00 but the bus only arrived 00:00. Providing affordable rates does not give you the right to treat people in this manner.
