Poor service and irresponsible

There is no service at all. We purchased tickets the previous day two adults and two children and one for the laugge which was not included in the whole package. In total was R1050.00 the bus was from Johannesburg to polokwane. On the 22 September 2017 departing on 08:30 but there was no bus at that time no control over all the busses which Departed the park station.... It is really horrible because people were pushing and fighting to go in the bus which came half full. My name is Peter malahlela ********** 937
