missig parcell/ no responce from them

more than 3 Months ago we received a call that there supposed to be a parcel delivered to us for a competition/marketing. we made arrangement for delivery, the driver never pitched. we struggled after that for almost a month to get hold of them again they pick up the phone and then just put it down again. we then got some sort of story that there warehouse was ****** and that they are waiting to the stock to be replaced. ten gave them a month again but still nothing, they never answer there phones and when they answer the pone thy just put it down. no response at all, and this has now again gone on for weeks. they refuse to phone me back with any sort of feed back. and also refuse to put me threw to any other manager to assist. the numbers that is have is *** / ***.
