****ed up service at its best

I was taking the bus from East London to Durban. We were supposed to board the bus yesterday morning at 11:15 but we were told that bad weather in Port Elizabeth is causing a delay. I told the guy straight he is talking bull**** because the weather cleared up the day before. So the bus arrived around 2:35. At Wind Mill we changed to a different bus. We left East London around 3 o clock. When we reached Kokstad there was a bus waiting there we were told again to swap busses because the bus that's going down to Cape Town doesn't have a permit for the Cape Town route. In the meantime the bus that we swapped with left. While we waited for our bus to depart the crew was outside having a discussion. Then the one lady come and told us that the bus that we are on is leaking water and that the water pump is broken. So we had to wait for a bus that's coming from Durban. We only reached our destination at 5 o clock this morning with no one even gives us a ****ing apology.
