City to city poor service

City to city bus is a nonsense bus dnt even waste your money to book it, its cheap for a reason , its because service is very poor, on the 13 october i booked this bus to Eastern cape and it was supposed to be at the station at 18h30, believe me i am still waiting here its called 19h45 now, no communication nothing , my biggest concern is that, when u buy tickets ,u hav to sign for time so that they can leave u even if u r 2min late , but when its them , nothing happens, what abt this weather , what abt ppl who hav accompanied us ?

Very bad service i regret why i ddnt use my Car , i regret big time ,

Its cheap f9r a reason , i really understand why its cheaper than all buses, no more

I advice u guys book tickets for other buses not city to city ...i am saying again more
