BUS ALWAYS RUNS LATE!!!!!

This now the second time that I traveled from JHB to Phalaborwa and used City to City as my choice of transport & second time that the bus arrived over 2 hours late - It is absolutely appalling that it happens on more than one occasion - I must be stuck at park Station with a 3 year old toddler for 2 hours and NO one from your company can give reasons as to WHY the bus is so LATE - You are just suppose to accept this kind of thing and WAIT!!!!!!! People should be refunded for this or the your company should close down!!!!! City to City is by far the WORST service in the country and run like a flipping circus!!!! I prepared to take this further! Your staff at the station dont even apologise & when we you ask what is going on, staff is rude and obnoxious!!!! You should be embarrassed!!! My boyfriend is NOW currently waiting at the station where the bus was meant to arrive at 8am and was told it "should" be there at 10!!!!! Why????????????????????? How???????????????? PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!
