City Storage Klerksdorp - Leaking roofs and damaged furniture

I would like to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with City Storage in Klerksdorp. Despite my furniture being wrapped, it had severe water damage and some items still had water sitting in them, possibly from rain leaking through the ceiling. I understand that I cannot hold the facility responsible for damages to my property from my own negligence or inevitable wear, but what options of recourse do I have when their own facilities have leaking roofs and ones personal items are at risk of damage?
