Citystay Apartments - ********* and shocking behavior from this company

Citystay apartments Cape Town, Maddy Brown Bookings at City Stay Apartments*** or ***. Please don't book, extremely *********, I made a holiday booking via the booking.com site. I booked for December, the booking clearly stated I could pay at the hotel and cancel by early December. The hotel immediately debited my card in full with R24498-00, when I contacted her to refund my money she said I should read her site fine print and not what booking.com said, a month later when we were moved to level one she contacted me to cancel my reservation, I have all the messages which I am going to put on other social sites, it is an absolute disgrace, she insisted I cancel this because she knew restrictions were lifted so could probably get more for the apartments, she also had my funds in her bank account for a month before she forced me to cancel, her reason is that I am rude which is also totally shocking considering all I asked is why she debited me before the time. Please don't book with Citystay apartments, this is an ********* business. I do intend taking legal action against them based on all the messages she sent me
