Left me stranded on moving day, do not hire these movers.

The office outsourced a mover and his guys to move me. When they got to my place, the mover said he wasn't aware that they needed to carry my household items to the street outside the complex as the City Site Projects office didn't make them aware of the weight restrictions in my complex. They phoned the lady I dealt with weeks before and she told them on the phone while she was on speaker that I never made her aware of the weight restrictions when I booked and paid for the move. I then sent her screenshots of the conversation I had with her on whatsapp and circled where I told her what the weight restrictions of both complexes were. She said she "didn't see that" and then proceeded to have a screaming match at 7am with the movers. The movers didnt like how she spoke to them so they left me stranded on my move day before Easter weekend where no one was available. Eventually she sent me my money back that afternoon and I found another amazing company called Mr Smooth Move to help me move. Do not use these people, they are honestly the worst.
