City Site Projects- what a joke of a business

One word - Professionalism. This isn't the word I would describe anything this pathetic company offers. Detailed the moving requirements and paid for moving upfront weeks in advance to help move day before Easter long weekend. On arrival the lady was exceptional abrasive and argued with my wife that they weren't made aware they had to carry our bikes to the gate after showing the written proof they walked off and left, leaving my wife stranded the day before a long weekend without anyway to move. On top of this by wife had to fight to get our money back which only R2800 of the original R3000 had been paid back. I 110% recommend never using City Site Projects for any of their services.
