citysightseeing Cape Town dissapoints
Went on the wine route with city sightseeing and 2 of thr 3 wine places was closed.i understand we drive in the bus and them being closed is not there problem.but not once did they mention only Groot Constantia is open and the rest is closed.Secondly they dropped us off at 2 closed wine farms.i paid 360 for 2 people for a bus drive oms most expensive bus drive ever I couldve driven my own car with R50 petrol.all they do is eat your money.i dont want to have a bus drive to any other place<br> As I did this for the wine route.never ever will I suggest this service to anyone again...

I am so sorry that you were disappointed with your time spent with us. Unfortunately opening hours of the attractions we drop off at are out of our control and two of the wine farms you mention did close for the public holiday on the 26th December.
We tried to get the message across at the ticket sales but clearly we dropped the ball on this one and for this I sincerely apologise.
I do hope you were able to enjoy a few of the other 15 stops along the route and I am so sorry that your time was wasted .
