Poor After sales service

Poor After sales service. On the of 26 July 2022 I purchased a car and collected it on the 27th July 2022. On the day I collected the car I was promised that my papers and service book would be couriered as soon as possible. Two weeks went by and my permit ended up expiring; I had to call Mohammed to request for my papers and number plates – he tells me he forgot and he will send right away. Instead, I got a permit extension which will be expiring tomorrow (09 September) . My car was taken in for service & quality check -(which was supposed to be done before I collected) on the 22 August 2022 and kept for 3 days without my permission I had to keep following up on the car – he then sent one of he's guys to hand me a copy of my registration and suggested that I go to the post office myself. I made another follow-up call on the 6 September 2022 to find out where are my papers and number plates – I am met with arrogance and empty promises again that it will be couriered. Mohammed went as far to say that he does not want to deal with me at all – but again refuses to give what belongs to me. I would not recommend this dealership.
