Car dealership refuses to fix my car as promised

Dear sir/madam,<br> <br> <br> I (the complainant) Mr Amukelani Ronald Rikhotso have purchased a car on the 09/01/2015, jetta51.3 comfort line 2007 model white UN no: AAVZZZ1KZ7U021883 at City side Motors garage located in Pretoria central corner du toit and Pretorius. Contact : ***/ fax : ***.<br> <br> In obtaining my car I was assisted by a sales person whose name is Lucky, In our initial agreement with the dealer we agreed that city side motors undertakes to fix the car since it was nit in a good condition at the time of purchase, This was a verbal agreement, I was then given the car for a weekend to asses and note every little thing that was not Good with the car so that they can fix it.<br> <br> <br> <br> The following were areas /parts to be fixed:<br> <br> <br> <br> 1.
