Bad service

i both a Kia Rio 2006 model from Solly at city side motors about a month ago. before i signed the contract, solly promised me that all the car scratches will be polished out and that the thew problems with the car like the boot that make a noices when going over a bump and fixing something that is loose at the front wheels. <br> <br> he promised me that he will take the car to Kia Silverton so that they can have a look at every thing that is wrong and fix it and that city side motors will pay for the problems with the car. so every time i ask him about when the car will be going in, he says that he is waiting for an appointment and when the day come when the car is supposed to go in, he is no where to be fund and he come up with excuses and every time it is something new.<br> <br>
