Worst customer service

<p>I contacted Jurie co-owner of City Scape Construction to give me a quote to remove my full kitchen including the granite. He came to look at the cupboards and gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and paid the 60%deposit as requested. I notified them that builders were coming in on the Thursday to fix waterdamage and the kitchen cupboards had to be removed before then. Jurie agreed and he came with his dad Mannie other co-owner to my premises on the Wednesday. On the day of arrival suddenly the job couldn't been done anymore knowing that my builders were coming the next day and I couldnt contact any other company with that short notice. I asked then if they at least could remove the backboard of the cupboards as well as my stove so that the walls could be exposed for us to be able to do some to little repair. They did so it took them 40 min in total. I then phoned Mannie the same day asking if the quote can be ammended now as 80% of the job quoted wasn't done. Mannie refused and said I was paying for his knowledge of cupboards. Jurie wanted the full amount still to be paid. Mannie said that he wont be paying my deposit back and the 60%deposit will be the full fee then for this project. Leaving me no choice I had to keep my mouth shut as they had to reinstall my stove in 2 weeks time. On the day of reinstalling my stove suddenly the ovens wires were burnt and tripping my power supply to the house. Mannie then continued to say that this stove was broken before they took it out which was absolutely not the truth as I had cooked with that stove the night before the removal. There were sparks flying and cables burning and Mannie just said it will be fine. There were also 10 *****s left on the counter by Mannie and Jurie on the day of the removal stabilizing the cupboards. On the day of reinstalling the stove I showed him those *****s and he then said those *****s came from another job and not out of my cupboards. I saw the holes that the *****s came out of but Mannie kept on denying it. I then said that I was extremely displeased with the way they treated me and will def lodge a complaint warning other customers in the future. Only then he wanted to organize that I get a piece of my money back. I asked him why I should threaten him with a complaint first before he does the right thing. He became very rude and I had to chase him out of my house. Since then I had to pay an electrician to come fix my stove and a carpenter to restabalize my cupboards with those *****s left by Mannie. It has cost me a fortune. Its been a total nightmare. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone. </p>
