REQUEST THE COMPANY TO PAY BACK MY DEPOSIT

My name is Mfanafuthi Hlongwane. I saw a car that this garage was selling on the 29 September 2021,l make an enquiry, l spoke to the sales man Mr Michael, who asked me to pay the refundable deposit of R500, l did that, as the proof of payment will be available on request, l went to their garage, l find out that the car that they advertised is a rebuilt, l than requested my R500 Deposit, the guy told me that they do refunds via EFT, l made the follow up but until today I never get back my Deposit.
