Bad Business that takes advantage of Elderly Clients!

This company took advantage of my 84 year old grandmother. We went to the business to purchase a car for my aunt (Christmas Present). Janna was a lovely person to deal with but very quick to palm us off onto Michael. Michael was dismissive of any questions we had... "It's a nice car" was his reply to everything. We were made aware of one incident the car had been in, a small bump to the front left. I was silly and didn't check why the windows were wound down... found out after purchase the laminate was damaged! Found out after purchase that the car had been in a major accident! In fact the day we went to go fetch it, as I was driving it home, we discovered the air-con had no gas left. And two days after that the 2 year old cars battery was flat and needed replacing.

After getting a professionals opinion, we discover the car needs 30k worth of repairs done to it. My gran has spent her life savings on this car, and they have taken her for a ride... And even after querying these issues, no response. No-one in the business refuses to acknowledge their wrong doings, and on top of that they refuse to admit they have abused the trust of an elderly person.

DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! They don't care about the state of the cars they sell. They don't care about any after-care service. They are ******.
