Loser

Hello I took my System to City Radio and TV in Germiston for repairs in January .I was told they are waiting for parts and that took more than four months now I requested that they give it back so I can try somewhere else and I am told they lost it .Kindly inform me of the process to follow so that I can get my system back or replaced. Kindly see attached receipts for reference and their contact details.
