Incorrect products received

I walked into City Print in Sea Point to get business cards done for my company. <br> A lady, Sharyn, was very kind to assist me and mention that she had been in the industry for 30 years, over and over again, so i expected professionalism. <br> I placed my order of 250 business cards, and attached TWO images of what I wanted. Exactly. I had named the TWO files, Front of business card (with my details on the front) and BACK of business card (with an image that was also on the front). After 2 business days I had made a mistake, and requested another 100 cards with an additional detail added. Great, all good till here. I walk in 2 business days later, paid and left (i was in a hurry). I get home and notice that the back is plain white, no image or nothing. I assumed it was a misprint at first, so I checked the new batch of 100, and they are also plain white on the back. I compared the two, and the coloring was totally off as well.<br> I decided to count the cards now. I had 250 in my first batch which was what I paid for and had only 96 on the second back, with over 10 plain white cards, back and front.
