No cutting, we will do what we want

Absolutely so unhappy. Worst decision choosing CityPets Sherwood Gardens. Took our fluffy french bulldog for it's first groomers visit, was asked what I wanted, specified no cutting, fetched my baby and I cried. The fluffy skirt, his beautiful locks and tail tip has been cut off...I called and all I got was a " sorry my fault, I told him to trim it, yes you said we should cut, but we trimmed it"

It's like your kids first haircut that someone else stole from you.
