Sad customer

It is almost one year since my late Mom’s items were “lost” in storage and up until now nothing has been done. A case was opened by the owner and he contacted a lawyer and I did speak to the lawyer but after a while the lawyer kept quiet. When I asked why there was no communication, she told me that she was instructed to not continue with the case if why, I do not know because I was never informed of that decision or given reasons why.

Till to date there has been no resolution on whatever happened to my stored items but I was promised reimbur*****t but nothing. So I don't know what to do anymore.
