Carolus - you and your team have been amazing and professional from the 1st time I contacted you for our move from Harrismith to Herm****. Besides the professional manner in which everything was handled, Carolus' personal involvement and input was of so much value. They were punctual with everything and if there was a delay, we were personally notified by him. His team, from driver James to senior packer Solomon and his assistants Moses, Walter and Izac, made everything run smoothly. The items were packed and handled with so much care and everything arrived in Herm**** without any damage on the agreed date and time. Even though they traveled so many kilometers and did so much physical labour during the upload and download process, they kept their kindness and humour. Walter entertained my 5-year-old grandson as he ran with heavy bags back and forth from the truck to the drop-off point with him.
