Do not!! Do not!! Work with company

It is almost 3 years later and I am still saying DO NOT!! I repeat DO NOT use this company for your removal or storage. I used them in January 2021 when I was moving out of my late Mom’s house and I also paid storage to keep my items. When I eventually wanted my things back, there were excuses from Carolus he kept on making excuses as to why they will not deliver. They were finally delivered in November 2022 and to my surprise most of my late Mom’s furniture and items were ******, a 3 door fridge, washing machine, deep freezer, 19x brand new blankets 32 inch Sony Bravia television, fan, camping chair, 3 boxes, 21 piece set of brand new pots, 3 boxes of brand new pots, a suitcase, a heater, a gas cylinder, microwave even a mattress. When I inquired about all those missing items I was told that a case was opened but the same Carolus who went to open a case went to withdraw that case without letting me know. I was promised remuneration but till today nothing has happened, instead I was threatened with a law suit for “defamation of character”. So people if you still love and value your items. Do not work with these people, they are ******* and ******.
