Angry customer

I would never recommend this company to anybody they lost my late Mom's furniture and now they're telling me that they can't find them anywhere. How? How can you lose a fridge, washing machine, deep freezer and 3 boxes and a suitcase? Now they're telling me about not getting insurance for my things, what bull**** is that? Because when you give them yoir things you trust them to keep them safe for you and I've been paying monthly, kanti all along I'm paying for things that are not even there. DO NOT, I REPEAT USE THIS COMPANY. I REGRET USING THEM.
